Casa Colonial

Small hotel with a nice colonial ambiance.
Location is perfect nearby restaurants and the city centre.
Breakfast is oké and served at the cosy inside pool yard. Lots of plants, the small pool itself had better days.
When we stayed here there weren’t much other guests. But I think it will be quite noisy because it is not possible to walk quietly on the old, creaking wooden floors and stairs.
Room has enough space, no airco but a fan. Room is a bit dark because of the shutters. Bathroom and the door to go inside is really tiny, good that they try to safe water.
There is no safe and hair dryer. Lightning is low and not good for reading. Bed is too hard for our liking. Outside our room we had a kind of living room where you could sit.
At night there is a lot of noise from dogs in the neighbourhood.
Laginha beach is at about 20 minutes walking distance.
