The two internal lounges and two external patios enables us to welcome visitors for a pleasant stop whether it be for a drink, a tasting, or even a complete meal. The environments are created from a careful recovery of the building’s ground floor, trying to keep the structural parts as authentic as possible, and recreating with decorations and objects a short journey through time. The Museum occupies the entire upper part of the house, divided into 8 themed rooms replicating a typical Boa Vista townhouse in the mid-19th century. Visitors will be able to download an app on their phones available in many languages that will guide them with texts and audios on an 18-step journey through the island’s history and traditions.
